Local Transportation

There are many transportation options available to you while attending The Claremont Colleges. Although driving is the most common and easiest way to get around, many students do not own cars and first-year students are not allowed to bring cars to campus, unless it poses a significant hardship. The Claremont Colleges encourages use of alternative and environmentally friendly forms of transportation so look into a bike program on your campus. Sometimes you just need to venture a bit further afield and public transportation is the best way to explore as well as ridesharing services through social media such as Uber.
